Florida Keys Fishing Report by
the Florida Keys
Fishing Club
Spring means migration and migration
means hungry fish on the move!
Offshore - Sailfish are still
off the edge in good numbers and the Dolphin have been thick under
offshore weedlines and debris.
On The Reef - Nice yellowtail
snapper, groupers, muttons & other locals are turned on at the
reef.
Backcountry - The Cobia and
Mackerel bite has slowed but the Mangrove and Trout bite is in full
swing.
Flats and Channel - The Tarpon
are here! Hundreds can been seen from the bridges - especially
Long Key Channel Bridge. The Bonefish and Permit have also
been exceptional.
